How to apply (quick guide)

1. Switch treadmill off and unplug for safety.
2. Lift the belt at the sides (or follow your treadmill manufacturer’s instructions).
3. Apply a thin bead of lubricant along the deck under the belt (center to sides) — a few short squirts per 0.5–1 m of belt.
4. Lower the belt, plug in the machine, and walk on it at low speed for 1–2 minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
5. Wipe any excess from the sides with a clean cloth.
